Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : Our tours depart as scheduled on time. Any late arrivals or no shows will not be refunded. Please call us if you are unable to make your reservation or are running late.
Cancellations made 2 or more hours in advance of your reservation time will not be penalized. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before are subject to a $50 per jet ski penalty.
