Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : If the customer cancels a reservation within 24 hours due to their perception of the weather forecast and without being notified by Wildwood, they will be charged a $150 cancellation fee though this can be applied to a future rental within the same calendar year.

All other (non-weather) Cancellations: To avoid a cancellation fee the customer must provide a 72-hour notice.

Pets allowed : No

Note: Pets are not permitted on our newer 2020 22′ Misty Harbor Tri-Toons or the 2021 Sweetwater Pontoons. When you call to make a reservation, just ask for a pet-friendly boat.

Note : Rental boat cancellations due to bad weather are at the discretion of the safety team and the dock manager. If the weather is not suitable for rental the customer will not be charged and is encouraged to make a future reservation.
