Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : We have a strict no refund policy, however, in the event of severe weather and at our discretion, your activity may be rescheduled or refunded.
If you fail to show up for your reservation or wish to change your reservation within 72 hours of the event a rescheduling fee may be applied.
