Cancellation policy is 2 days for 100% refund prior to departure. No shows will not be refunded.
Note : tours will proceed in rain and mild inclement weather. Refunds will be given if a complete washout or due to unsafe conditions, lightning, high winds, rough water. Cruisin’ Keuka will do our best to ensure all customers will receive a satisfactory charter, for example if waiting out a t-storm we could extend your cruise or provide a pro-rated refund.
