We can fulfill all of your boating needs! We are located on Route 12 in Alexandria Bay, New York in the heart of the beautiful Thousand Islands Region. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : You may cancel 10 days prior to your reservation for a full refund.
After the 10 day period there will be no refunds, a raincheck will be issued for any unused time.

Gas levels will be notated on the check out form, the boat must be returned with the same level of fuel and will be verified at check in. We do not sell gas but there are three gas stations located at the Alexandria Bay municipal docks at the entrance of Otter Creek.
