Welcome to Long Island Paddle Sports. We are the premier rental outfitters for Lake Norman at the Catawba River (LKN @ Catawba River) for kayaks, standup paddleboards (SUP), and canoes. We are located at 7774 Hudson Chapel Road in Catawba, North Carolina, in the marina parking area to the left of Waterside Bar and Grill. Our kayaks and paddleboards are available right at the marina boat launch and we have all you need to enjoy a day on the water exploring Lake Norman. We supply all rentals with paddles and a fully adjustable personal floatation device (PFD), both adult and youth sizes available. All PFDs have an attached whistle for your safety.

Waterdog Boat Rentals is locally owned, family operated and we make renting boats an enjoyable and relaxing experience. We do our utmost to keep all of our pontoons in great condition. All renters are run through a very thorough check list and our staff make sure each renter is very comfortable with the operations before they leave the dock. We are located right off Exit 35, Brawley School Road. All you have to do is show up and get on your boat! Delivery options to your dock are also available, if preferred. We offer half day, full day, multi-day and weekly rates to accommodate your schedule! Our rates INCLUDE fuel to make your time on the water hassle-free and all fun! Your rate also includes water floats, tubes and extra life jackets. Things that other boat rental companies will nickel and dime you for.

Charlotte Cycleboats Provides a Unique and Fun Way to enjoy our beautiful natural resources aboard an open air, Pedal-Powered Party Boat. An Incredibly Unique Experience, Are You Ready? Then come on-board our Cycleboat and enjoy a group-oriented tour on Lake Norman, utilizing your own Pedal Power! What is a Cycleboat? These are custom made, Coast Guard certified, eco-friendly boats with a high-top galley bar that is lined with 5 pedal stations on each side to fit 10 people pedaling, and it also has a 5 Person bench seat without pedals for rest or relaxation. ​ The total number of passengers is 15. The catamaran is powered by you! Pedaling and there is an electric motor for docking and emergencies. In addition, the motor is regenerated by the solar panels on the canopy roof, making it eco-friendly. All cruises are two hours and depart from our private docks at North Harbor in Davidson
