Hello! I started Boats & Coves in 2020 after working as a Captain on Lake Travis for 15 years. My mission is to provide a more personalized, detail oriented experience for passengers aboard our boats. I believe Lake Travis is one of the best lakes in the US and my goal is for you to enjoy it to the fullest! Besides working as a boat Capt., I participate in search and recovery diving, and have 21 years of SCUBA diving experience. In 2018, I received a Master's degree from Texas Woman's University Houston in the field of Occupational Therapy. Briarcliff Marina

Briarcliff Marina was established in 1969. Briarcliff Marina has been owned by Thomas and Diana Maione since 2005. They have been residents of the Village of Briarcliff since 1995 and have been boating most of their lives. Thomas was a stunt water skier (many years ago) and he is still more comfortable around the lake than nearly anywhere else. Thomas is a successful business owner and entrepreneur with a track record of building vibrant enterprises and meeting customers' needs. Thomas has owned a computer business (before networking was cool) and is the founder and owner of BlazerTag Adventure Center in South Austin. It's only natural, then, that Thomas would merge his love of Lake Travis and water sports with his knack for business and providing outstanding customer service.
