Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please contact us at least 7 days prior to the booking. Bookings cancelled within 7 days will be subject to 10% of the booking amount.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the booking are subject to 50% of the session amount.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking are subject to 75% of the booking amount.
Cancellations and no shows within 24 hours of the booking are subject to 100% of the booking amount.
We will always try to fill your spot with another trip. If we are able to do so we will issue 100% refund.

Note : We operate rain or shine. We are aware your biggest concerns are likely the weather. Rest assured, if your trip is unable to go out due to storms or dangerous conditions you are entitled to receive a gift card for the booking amount or a 100% refund. If only a portion of the session is able to be completed, a credit for the remaining time will be issued, or a refund equivalent of the amount of time missed.
