If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

We require a 48 hour notification of cancellation, If you cancel 48 hours in advance, there will be no charge.
If you do not notify us of your desire to cancel we will charge the full amount of your rental to your credit card.
(HOLIDAY / PEAK SEASON)
During a holiday or peak season which includes 5 days before or after the actual holiday date, cancellations are not accepted (NO EXCEPTIONS).
This is due to the rental business and limited number of watercraft available in the area, we have no other choice but to charge full reservation rate for last minute cancellations or no shows.
