Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : Customers will receive a Full refund with at least 72 hours notice of cancellation. There will be no refund with less than 72 hours notice of cancellation. Rescheduling will be offered when possible, at CKC's discretion. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation/rescheduling. No-shows will be charged the full price.
