Full refunds are given with a 48 hour (2 day) notice of cancellation prior to the departure date. Less than 48 hour notice (including weather-related) will receive a 25% refund OR you can reschedule at no extra charge. No-shows are non-refundable. Trip Insurance is available for purchase, allowing cancellation up to 8:30 a.m. on the departure day for a full refund less the trip insurance. Cancellations must be done via text or email.
