If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : Please note that we have a 24 hour cancellation policy in order to receive a full refund. We ask that you call us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. For cancelations within 24 hours, you will receive a store credit in the form of a RAIN CHECK to reschedule at a later time and date.
