Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : You can cancel any time up to 72 hours before your reservation and receive a full refund. Reservations canceled within 25 to 72 hours of your start time will be charged a cancellation fee equal to your rental deposit. Reservations canceled less than 24 hours prior to your start time will result in a charge equal to the full price of the rental at the time of booking. If you are unable to provide the required damage deposit or don’t have a valid driver’s license on the day of rental, your reservation will be canceled and you will be charged the full price of the rental.

Note: ONLY non-shedding dog breeds that weigh less than 20 pounds are allowed. Service dogs are permitted, but identification or proof of service must be presented at the time of your rental. If you bring a dog on the boat that sheds you we will be charged a $50 cleaning fee. You will be financially responsible for any damage caused by your pets.

Fuel is NOT included in the rental cost. All boats go out on a full tank of gas. At the end of your rental, the dock hands will fill the tank up and report the number of gallons used to the office. You will be charged for the fuel you use upon checking out. If you don’t check out, we will charge the card on file and email you a receipt.
