Cancellation Policy

Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
