Molly's Boat Rental does not provide cancellation refunds. It is common for rain on the lake but in most instances it passes and you can enjoy a good portion of your rental day. In cases when there is a severe weather threat, at Molly's Pontoon Rental discretion, we may call you and cancel the rental. In such cases, we will issue you a gift certificate / rain check, which you can use on another day based on availability. It is our policy to not issue cash refunds.

No Refund will be issued for any early returns regardless of weather.

Note : There are no cancellations unless their is a severe thunderstorm warning. In such cases you will be given an option to reschedule your day on the lake based on open availability at any time, this season or next. It is Molly's Pontoon Rental, LLC policy to not provide cash refunds. In the case Molly's Pontoon Rental cancel's your rental you will be advised before pick-up and in these cases we will either issue you a credit card refund if you live

Allow pets : YES

Note : We do allow pets for an additional pet fee. Owners are responsible for any damage the pet may cause while on the boat. It is the owner's responsibility to take the pet to shore to relieve itself. It is recommended owners purchase a pet flotation device. Dogs cannot exceed 45 pounds and not number more than two.

Note : Renters are to be experienced captaining pontoons or other boats of similar size, review the safety video on the website which can be found in the "FAQ & More" drop down menu, and all rental agreements, which will be emailed to you after you finalize your reservation, must be electronically signed and returned prior to your rental. I certify that I have a Boaters license, or Boater Safety Certification, from my home state or I will obtain a Nonresident Alabama Boater Safety Certificate prior to my rental date from either https://www.boat-ed.com/alabama or https://www.boaterexam.com/usa/alabama If you have paid for Captain Services, or if you were born prior to April 28, 1954, you are exempt from this law. I agree to bring my license or Boater Safety Certificate with me the day of my rental.
