If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : The Renter may cancel a reservation up to four (4) hours prior to the scheduled reservation time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within four (4) hours of the scheduled reservation shall be subject to a fifty percent (50%) refund. Failure to appear for the reservation without providing notice (“No Call/No Show”) shall result in the Renter being liable for the full rental fee. Weather related cancellations are made by the sole discretion of the Company , and are made on the day of the rental. We will not allow cancellations due to light rain, cloudy weather, passing showers or cooler temperatures.
