Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : Customers will receive a full refund with 24 hours notice of cancellation.
Please note that once your rental/reservation has been purchased, refunds will not be possible unless you cancel at least 24 hours before your reservation time/date and must be done through the online booking system.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE AWARDED TO NO-SHOWS. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
