Please note that once your rental/reservation has been purchased, refunds will not be possible unless you cancel at least 24 hours before your reservation time/date and must be done through the online booking system. NO REFUNDS WILL BE AWARDED TO NO-SHOWS. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
