The Renter may cancel a reservation up to four (4) hours prior to the scheduled reservation time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within four (4) hours of the scheduled reservation shall be subject to a fifty percent (50%) refund. Failure to appear for the reservation without providing notice (“No Call/No Show”) shall result in the Renter being liable for the full rental fee. Weather related cancellations are made by the sole discretion of the Company , and are made on the day of the rental. We will not allow cancellations due to light rain, cloudy weather, passing showers or cooler temperatures.

Note : Renter must be 25 years of age or older. Aged fleet: The rental fleet available is aged and has cosmetic defects. All vessels are sea-worthy and safe to operate. Please review the pictures carefully to review the state of the vessels prior to accepting the rental terms and cancellation policies.
